MINNESOTA ORV LICENSE PLATE

 Minnesota ORV or Off Road Vehicles for Off-Road Use Only, require a License Plate.  The ORV License plate must display the ORV off-road use only sticker.  The ORV DNR sticker must be placed in the top left corner on the license plate.  The ORV license plate must be a minimum of 7 1/2 inches Long and at least 4 Inches tall.  These ORV license plates must be kept in clear and legible condition at all times.  The ORV License plate must be displayed at 12 inches or higher from the ground on your vehicle.
